Product Warranty

Introduction:

At PureEnvy, LLC, we are committed to the quality and excellence of our Pleasure Products. Should you encounter any issues with your PureEnvy, LLC purchase, please refer to our product support pages for assistance.

If your issue remains unresolved, do not discard the faulty product. Instead, follow our instructions to submit a warranty claim. We strongly recommend registering your product to ensure a seamless experience with our products. All PureEnvy, LLC products are covered by a 6-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. In countries where a longer warranty period is required by law, PureEnvy, LLC will extend the warranty accordingly.


Making a Warranty Claim:

To activate your Warranty:

  1. Go to our website's log-in section in the top right corner to create your account.
  2. Register your product using the serial number from inside the box.
  3. Keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim is within the warranty period.

6-Year Warranty Conditions (Sexual Wellness Devices Only)

  1. PureEnvy, LLC warrants your sexual wellness device for SIX (6) YEARS from the original purchase date against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials that impair the product's functionality. This warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the sexual wellness device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. We will replace your product free of charge for all valid claims made within the warranty period.

  2. Under certain circumstances, we may request that you return the product to us. If a return is requested, the product must be sent back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. For all claims resolved within the 6-year warranty period, the replacement product's warranty will be calculated from the original purchase date.

  4. We do not offer a refund clause, store credit in exchange, or a satisfaction guarantee, except for a refund on unopened items purchased on pureenvy.com within 14 days of receipt. (See PureEnvy FAQ for more details).

  5. All warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period and that the device has a fault.
